If you enjoy watching people get hurt (and who doesn’t?), you may enjoy this short compilation of bloopers we found that we like to call, “When Home Renovation Attacks”:

Sure, there are ten valuable home renovation lessons to be learned from these America’s Funniest Home Videos-esque clips (and one lesson about knowing the difference between “your” and “you’re”), but perhaps the most important one wasn’t listed: Consider hiring a pro instead of going the DIY route (especially where roof construction is involved) if you’re not experienced enough to handle a big job.

A membership in Angie’s List gives you access to rated, reviewed and tested professionals in all areas of home renovation, home improvement and decorating. Rather than end up in your own blooper reel (and that’s the least of your worries), know when a project requires people with the experience and equipment to get it done right and hire them with confidence. You can check them out here at Angie’s List.
