bessey-bgpkit-clamp-kit Before today, I had never heard of Bessey Clamps, although I’ve seen them everywhere. This afternoon I was helping out on a deck-building project and we kept having to clamp down on the deck boards to take a little bow out of the wood. After about the fifth time of putting my carpenter’s clamp in place, I thought, this clamp is clamptaculous! I took a closer look, “Made in Germany.” Ah, that explains it. A solid, well engineered tool that works beautifully. Bessey Clamps come in a variety of sizes and styles. I found this little nifty General purpose clamp kit on Amazon, and it seems like a bargain that will be destined for frequent use. The clamps have cast-iron jaws, cold drawn-steel rails, nickel plated steel, and non-marring surfaces. The kit Includes two 2-inch spring clamps, two 4-inch bar clamps, two 6-inch bar clamps, two 8-inch bar clamps, and two 3/4-inch pipe clamps for those extra long projects. They come with a Lifetime warranty. Get your Bessey BGPKIT General Purpose Clamp Kit at Amazon for just under $70.

Oh, those clamps are great. Yeah you are right, the clamps are very useful especially if you have a project that you need to clamp down to a board to take a little bit of tilt. Thanks for the post.
