		<description>Hi Hoss, thanks for the question. The answer to it is going to vary depending on the individual, and the particular shop setup. The dust collection port on some tools is more effective than others, so on some tools you may get close to 100% effectiveness, and other tools might be 80%.  Also, if the DC is connected to 6 tools vs one tool, you&#039;ll likely be losing some efficacy. Some shops are tightly sealed, others open up to the great outdoors.  How frequent the exposure will be also factors into it. Just a few of the factors that play into whether or not a respirator is prudent. You&#039;ve only got one set of lungs, so if there&#039;s wood dust in the air, I&#039;d recommend erring on the side of caution.</description>

		<description>I have one of these and love it. I use a combination of a fixed branch that serves my radial arm saw, and has a connection for the planer when it&#039;s in use, plus a Rockler DustRight extension hose, which I hook up to the jointer, bandsaw, tablesaw, or lathe hood as needed.
