Thanks for sharing your experience Debbie. I actually wound up removing the adhesive strips/tabs, adding some hardware (including attaching the corners using 90 degree brackets), and then basically clipping the frames onto our mirrors. Not ideal, but we salvaged the material and I don't need to worry about them crashing off the mirror in the middle of the night.

It was beautiful - at first. Unfortunately, I had the same experience, even though we have a great exhaust fan and the mirror does not steam up. It was beautiful, until after about a year it started coming away from the mirror. I even tried a different adhesive once this started happening. Eventually, the whole thing came down! I would not recommend this product for a bathroom - at least not one with a shower!

Unfortunately I'm just not comfortable recommending anything adhesive when it comes to frames anymore. I think you're better off framing the mirror in a way that it's directly attached to the wall with nails or screws. Mirrorscapes might work for you, but based on our particular experience, I can't in good conscience recommend them.

I was wanting to install this in the guest bath that does not get much use as far as showers are concerned. The mirror is attached directly to the wall and is not by a window, do you think it would work in these conditions?
