The Honeywell RTH7600D Touchscreen 7-Day Programmable Thermostat
I just replaced my programmable thermostat a couple weeks ago with a Wi-Fi model. It is controlable from a smart phone or the web, and only it is the 3M50, $99 at Home Depot. You may have to run an extra wire for power or use a transformer.
