Most of the shops and products featured on HomeFixated have a North American slant, primarily because most of our readers are from there. Well, that, and some of our target demographic leans toward xenophobic. However, there’s plenty of artisans and shops around the world that have great products and ideas for your home. Britain’s Hadley Reclaimed is one of them.
If you have a thing for old English charm, country garden décor or even restored pub signs, Hadley Reclaimed is worth a look. The shop finds original pieces and polishes them up (hence the “Reclaimed” part of the name) – some of which are antiques, others are reproductions.
Hadley Reclaimed’s ever-changing inventory includes building supplies like bricks, floorboards, tile and stone cobbles, finishing décor touches and garden items. Some things that caught our eye include Victorian-style fireplace tiles, a brown cast-iron bird door knocker and these one hundred-year old oak wooden cart wheels which could be pretty cool in an English country-inspired garden.
Shipping across the pond will admittedly cost you a bit of a coin, but for that one-of-a-kind item you haven’t been able to find locally, it may be worth it.
