You can’t say it isn’t an attention-grabbing name. For the person who has everything – or the person who considers any surface a décor opportunity – may we present to you Toilet Tattoos, “the only way to crown your throne.” And just in time for the holiday season, too!

When I first heard the company’s name, I immediately thought of old-timey sailor tattoos covering a commode, as if it was the Ed Hardy of Toilets (although I think that title has already been secured by at least one member of the cast of Jersey Shore). However, at closer inspection, it turns out that Toilet Tattoos offer a range of graphic vinyl decals sized to fit your toilet lid.

First stop on the Toilet Tattoo train was obvious; I was extremely curious what could be considered a “Classic Toilet Tattoo.” There, you’ll see a collection that is “elegant and sophisticated, always in style, never outdated.” This includes wallpaper-like prints of paisleys, fleur-de-lis, and the classiest of the classy – animal prints. The site has a multitude of options, from pictures of animals, holiday motifs, monograms, décor basics, seashells, toilet training “affirmations,” and even a Joe The Plumber (remember him?) Toilet Tattoo. It seems that regardless of your bathroom’s style, your personal tastes or the season, there’s a Toilet Tattoo just begging to be slapped onto your bog.

I’m a little disappointed that the Toilet Tattoos are only available for the lid, as I imagine a sweet barbwire decal would look pretty badass wrapped around the tank, but I figure Toilet Tattoos has their reasons for limiting the application areas.

Easy to apply, remove, and reuse, each Toilet Tattoo design is available in both the elongated (12″ x 15″) and round shape (12″ x 13.5″) and designed to fit most standard toilet seats. You can get your own Toilet Tattoo starting at under $10.00. If you’re looking for Christmas gift ideas, this one sure will be the present people remember!
